Castle of Glass is Linkin Park's sixth track from their fifth studio album, Living Things. Castle of Glass felt like the biggest game-changer. Over an almost alternative country melody, Mike Shinoda sings “Take me down to the river bend... wash the poison off my skin...show me how to be whole again.” It’s one of the most straight forward tunes that the band has done with a traditional song structure. Chester Bennington and Shinoda sing together as their voices, and desperation, rise, “I’m only a crack in this castle of glass.” Article Souce : Wikipedia .

Castle Of Glass Lyrics

Take me down to the river bend,
Take me down to the fighting end,
Wash the poison from off my skin
Show me how to be whole again

Fly me up on a silver wing

Past the black where the siren sing
Warm me up in a nova's glow
And drop me down to the dream below

(Chorus)

Cause I'm only a crack in this castle of glass
Hardly anything there for you to see.
For you to see
Bring me home in blinding dream
Through the secrets that I have seen
Wash the sorrow from off my skin
And show me how to be whole again

(Chorus)

Cause I'm only a crack in this castle of glass
Hardly anything there for you to see.
For you to see

(Bridge)

Cause I'm only a crack in this castle of glass
Hardly anything else I need to be

(Chorus)

Cause I'm only a crack in this castle of glass
Hardly anything there for you to see.
For you to see
For you to see
